You find a company that sell products that you think are good and would like to sell. Every sale you make of their products gives you a commission. If you find someone that want to do like you and you introduce him to the company, you will make commission of his sales as well. You make % in commissions on the sales of everyone below you in your team. So you build your own network of people.
